Cedar City Police Department

Wednesday — Police responded to a report at 4213 W. 250 North and arrested Cherish  Cassandra Finnegan, 26, on suspicion of child endangerment, violation of an order which protected someone from her, and use of marijuana under one ounce. Police also arrested Joshua Dean Finnegan, 26, on suspicion of burglary and violating a similar protective order.

Thursday — Police responded to a report at 101 N. 1850 West Apt. 11 and arrested Kenneth Wayne Leeds, 24, on suspicion of distribution of marijuana and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Police also arrested Britney Blair Prince, 20, on suspicion of child endangerment.

Thursday — Police responded to a report at 2079 N. Cobblecreek Drive East and arrested Dustin Michael Fuller, a freshman undeclared major from Cedar City, on suspicion of possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Thursday — Police responded to a report at 110 S. Main St. and arrested Craig Matthew Haas, 19, on suspicion of driving under the influence and two counts of possession of heroin.

Friday — Police responded to a report at 4213 W. 250 North, arrested and released Skyler Matthew Lasley, 19, on suspicion of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Both Skyler and Douglas McIian MacDonald, 20, were cited and released on suspicion of purchasing possessing and consuming alcohol as a minor.

Friday — Police responded to a report at 161 N. 200 West and arrested Adam Anthony McBride, 27, on suspicion of violating a protective order restraining him from abusing another.

Friday — Police responded to a report at 385 E. DL Sargent Drive, cited and released Lisa Robison, 24, on suspicion of theft. 

Friday — Police responded to a report at 992 S. Main St., cited and released Krystal Taylor, 25, on suspicion of retail theft.

Saturday — Police responded to a report at 350 N. Paiute Drive and arrested Anthony Corwin Pikyavit, 19, on suspicion of driving with a suspended license and purchasing, possessing and consuming alcohol as a minor.

Sunday — Police responded to a report at 1027 N. Main St. and arrested Darren Black, 27, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

Sunday — Police responded to a report at 634 W. 1300 North and arrested Kasen Luke Bulloch, 18, on suspicion of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Sunday — Police responded to a report at 2645 N. Canyon Ranch Drive and arrested Devon Blanche Lambert, 28, on suspicion of domestic violence in the presence of a child, violating speed limit regulations and issuing a bad check.

Sunday — Police responded to a report at 465 N. 800 West Apt. 18 and arrested Shane Marquis Trice, 19, on suspicion of possession of marijuana and purchasing possessing and consuming alcohol as a minor.

Monday — Police responded to a report at 150 N. Main St. and arrested Aujenette Fern Casuse, 20, on suspicion of retail theft.

Monday — Police responded to a report at 4213 W. 250 N. and again arrested Cherish Cassandra Finnegan, 26, on suspicion of criminal trespassing wherein she dwelt on private property.
 
Monday — Police responded to a report at 100 W. 250 N. and arrested Eric Harjo, 22, on suspicion of theft.

Chief Brown’s Safety Tip of the Week: Before a long trip, make sure your vehicle is in good condition. Check your spare tire. Make sure you have the basic tools in case of a break down.  Let someone know your expected departure, arrival times and route prior to leaving.
